| 摘 要： | 非歧视原则作为WTO的核心原则,在GATS协定中也有鲜明的体现。由于服务贸易领域的特殊性,非歧视原则在该协定中的适用也独具特色。本文分析了非歧视原则的两大组成部分——最惠国待遇原则和国民待遇原则在GATS中的具体适用,分别评述了其特点,并提出了我国的应有立场与对策。

| Abstract: | As the key principle of WTO, the non-discrimination principle is also broadly applied in GATS. Due to the particularities of the service trade field, the application of non-discrimination principle in GATS is of unique characteristics. This paper analyzes the application of the two components of the principle, i.e. the most-favored-nation treatment principle and the principle of national treatment, and then comments on the characteristics. Lastly some suggestions concerning our country's position and countermeasures are put forward accordingly. |
