| 摘 要： | 在深化改革中,高校创收能力日益提高,已经由纯事业性向半事业性、半经营性转化.财务管理却有些滞后,暴露出一些问题,究其原因大多是因财务监督弱化所致.因此探讨财务监督的重点内容,采取科学合理的措施,是目前加强高校财务管理和财务监督的当务之急.

| Abstract: | In the course of deepening reform, Colleges and universities have been improving their profit - making ability, changing their state of being education - oriented into that of being partially market - oriented. At the same time, some problems, however, emerged in financial management, which usually has been in lagging process. Studies show that the cause should be mainly clue to the weakening of finance supervision. So the first thing to strengthen financial mangegement and finance supervision in college and university at present is to probe into key points of finance supervision and the scientific application of measures. |
