| 摘 要： | 技术创新是企业生存和发展的内在动力 ,而对技术创新成果进行知识产权保护是实现技术创新最终目的和企业最大利益的保障。本文分析了我国企业在对技术创新成果进行知识产权保护方面存在的问题和挑战 ,并提出了相应的对策措施。

| Abstract: | The technological innovation is the initial motivity of survival and development of enterprises,and it is the gurarantee to realize the final purpose of technological innovation as well as the most benefit of enterprises to protect the intellectual property right of technological innovation product.This article analyses the existing problems and challenges of the intellectual property right protection of technological innovation product in China enterprises,at the same time,puts forward some relevant countermeasures. |
