| 摘 要： | 通过运用模糊综合评判的数学方法对企业在并购过程中的风险进行了分析和研究。研究表明,该方法不仅有助于企业定量分析并购过程中产生的风险,而且有利于企业认识到自己的优势与劣势,从而做到有的放矢,增强自身的竞争力。 |

| Abstract: | This paper anlylize and study the risk of enterprises in the process of merge and acquisition by applying mathematical methods of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The study shows that the method not only helps enterprises to anlylize their risk of merge and acquisition by quantitative calculation, but also helps enterprises to realize their own business advantages and disadvantages. And these enterprises can improve their inferior, strengthen its own advantages and enhance their own competitiveness by the method. |
