绿色管理与企业可持续成长

从企业可持续成长的角度出发,阐述了绿色管理这一概念,并分别从绿色消费、绿色营销、绿色认证(ISO14000)、绿色会计与绿色审计以及绿色企业文化等方面说明了绿色管理与企业可持续成长的关系,并得出绿色管理将成为21世纪企业实现可持续成长的必然选择。进而指出,我国企业应以我国加入WTO为契机,加强企业管理创新,制定绿色经营战略,推行绿色管理,以全新的经营理念迎接新世纪我国企业的更大发展。

Green management and sustainable growth of enterprises

Starting from the viewpoint of the sustainable growth of enterprises, this paper explains the concept of the green management. Then it elucidates the relationship between the green management and the sustainable growth of enterprises from the aspects of the green consumption, the green marketing, the green attestation (ISO14000), the green accountancy, the green audit and the green enterprise culture respectively. It is concluded that the green management will become the inevitable choice for enterprises to realize the sustainable growth in the 21 century. This paper further points out that all enterprises should hold tight the chance of our country's entry into WTO to enhance the level of innovation in the enterprise management. It also draws up the strategy of the green operation to promote the green management so as to meet the greater development of our enterprises in the new century with the whole new principle of the management.
