论资本主义世界经济体的历史逻辑

作为一定历史阶段的产物,资本主义世界经济体既不是沃勒斯坦所认为的西方资本主义国家进行世界范围内殖民扩张所形成的具有全球联系和特征的世界经济的延续和扩展,也不是吉登斯认为的由于民族国家及其体系为扩张提供制度保障从而使世界经济扩展为资本主义世界经济体,而是生产力与生产关系矛盾运动发展导致的西欧社会经济变化从而进行海外扩张的逻辑结果。正是在资本主义世界经济体的形成过程中,形成了欧洲殖民国家与殖民地国家之间的国际分工,这种国际分工体系的本质是欧洲殖民国家剥削、压迫、奴役和控制殖民地国家,这种国际分工体系的本质也延续到当今世界体系之中,决定了当代的经济全球化本质上是一场由于发达资本主义国家发动并主导的经济运动。

Historical Logics of Capitalist World Economic System

As the product of a certain historical stage, capitalist world economic system is not the continuation and extension of the world economy formed by the colonial expansion of the western capitalist countries in the world scope, as Wallerstein supposed. Meanwhile it also differs from Giddens's view that capitalist world economic system economy was evolved from the world economy whose expansion was supported by the nationalist countries and their systems. The current paper claims that the development of capitalist world economic system is a logical outcome of the development of the inconformity of productive forces and relations of production, which leads to the changes of social economy of Western Europe as well as its overseas expansion. It is in the process of the formation of capitalist world economic system that the international division of labor took shape in European colonialist powers and colonial countries. The nature of the international division of labor is in fact the exploitation, oppression, enslavement and control over the colonial countries. This nature has been passed on to the nowadays world system and, as a result, the present economic globalization is actually an economic campaign launched and headed by the developed countries.
