| 摘 要： | 知识经济时代呼唤有效的知识管理,隐性知识是知识的重要组成部分,正扮演着越来越重要的角色。管理好隐性知识是提升企业竞争优势的来源。综合西方学者从哲学、心理学、管理学等角度对隐性知识所作的不同程度的论述,笔者认为,隐性知识本质上是一种无意识的认知能力,是个体通过经验获得的、具有难以流动性的高度个人化的知识。 |

| Abstract: | The age of knowledge economy calls for efficient knowledge management. As an important component of knowledge, tacit knowledge is playing an increasingly important role. The proper management of tacit knowledge is the source of the promotion of the competitive ability of an enterprise. Summarizing the western scholars' different exposition of tacit knowledge from the perspective of philosophy, psychology and management, the author of this essay thinks that tacit knowledge is an unconscious cognitive ability and it is acquired via experience with highly-individualized nature. |
