| Abstract: | In the Dezong Period,the Tang dynasty adopted three measures to improve its defense,that is,the strengthening of the defense in the military bases in northwest Chang'an,the transfer of some troops from east Chang-an to west Changan and the strengthening of the Shenzhe troop,which effectively stopped the attacks on west Chang-an by Tubo troops and helped establish the central area as the political and economic center of the Tang dynasty. |
