| 摘 要： | 明清两代在湘西修建的边墙、碉卡等设施,不是湘西经济、政治、文化发展的产物,而是明清封建统治者镇压苗民的产物,它严重地阻碍了湘西苗族经济文化的发展,影响了苗族同其他民族间的团结和交往.
