| 摘 要： | 公务员的道德水平是公务员选拔和考核的重要指标,对公务员进行道德教育则是公务员培训的题中之义。因此,明确公务员道德教育的内容和目标,运用符合公务员职业特点的教育方法,对提高公务员的道德水平在理论上和实践上都具有重要作用。

| Abstract: | The moral standard of civil servants is the key indicator for their selection and assessment,while moral education is the key meaning of the subject of civil servants’training.Therefore,making the content and target of moral education clear and applying educational methods in line with civil servants’career characteristics have important roles on the theoretical and practical basis for improvement of civil servants’moral standard. |
