| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了数字图书馆建设所面临的主要问题 :隐私权和版权保护问题 ;数字图书馆的检索问题 ;图书馆数字化对象确定问题 ;数据库的建设问题 ;合作与开放问题 ;藏书量不足问题 ;高素质人才的评估与培养问题 ;投资体制不合理问题等。并在此基础上提出了若干解决策略 ,为数字图书馆建设提供一定的理论思考
