| Abstract: | In knowledge economy age, it is quite important to raise school effectiveness and competitiveness by means of knowledge management. This paper, on the basis of analyzing the feasibility and necessity of knowledge management in colleges, discusses the relationship between knowledge management and school effectiveness, and puts forward strategies of impelling knowledge management along with the education reformation. |
