摘    要:每一个时代都有与这个时代相适应的经典和经典诠释学。作为中国经典诠释学勃发的战国时期,当然也带有其鲜明的时代特征和独特的价值及意义。当时一些著名的学者讨论问题,大都以诠释经典为立足点,以社会政治学说为中心,包括礼乐、政刑、道德、名辩、治国、用人等诸多方面,各有侧重,但其着重点都在于为当时的社会寻找一统天下、长治久安的治国良策。于是,在经典诠释过程中,又产生了一批诠释经典的经典著作。

On the Interpretations of Classics and the Classical Interprte ation about Legalism and Confucianism in the Warring States Period
Abstract:There are classics and Classic Hermeneutics which adapt to each era.The Warring States period, as the prosperity time of Chinese Classic Hermeneutics, has distinctive characteristics of the times and the unique value and significance.At that time, a number of well-known scholars discussed issues, including music, government decree and penalty, morality, Mingbian, govern-ance, employment and other aspects, mostly on the babis of the interpretation of the classics, and took the social and political theory as a center.Although all these issues focused on different aspects, the focal point was to seek a better way to unify China and govern the country in a long-term stability.Thus, in the process of interpretating the classics, a number of classical interpretations came to the fore.
