战略性新兴产业发展现状及地区分布

《国民经济和社会发展第十二个五年规划纲要》将培育和发展战略性新兴产业作为“十二五”期间的一项重要任务。本文参照战略性新兴产业统计标准的有关研究，利用2010年工业和服务业数据，对我国战略性新兴产业的发展现状及地区分布进行分析。研究发现，2008－2010年，我国战略性新兴产业发展迅速，2010年增加值达到25513.71亿元，占GDP比重为6.36％，比2008年提高0.54个百分点。从地区分布上来看，东部地区战略性新兴产业发展规模较大，行业优势明显；中西部在发展规模和程度上均相当，其中西部略好于中部；东北规模最小，发展也相对滞后。

Development and Distribution of Strategic Emerging Industries in China

Consulting the statistical standards of Strategic Emerging Industries(SEI), this paper studies the development status and regional distribution of SEI in China based on the data of industrial sector and service sector in 2010. The results show that: SEI in China developed rapidly from 2008 to 2010, the added value of SEI has reached 2.551371 trillion yuan which accounted for 6.36％ of GDP and increased by 0.54 percentage than that in 2008. From the point of regional distribution, the Eastern region of China is the best in both scale and level of development; Central region and Western region are almost equal, and West region is a little better than Central region; the Northeast region ranks last.
