| 摘 要： | 与其他管理类专业相比,人们对工商管理本科专业人才培养的认识还比较模糊,这不利于该专业人才培养工作的顺利进行.本文针对这一迫切问题,从社会和专业两个角度展开分析,在工商管理专业人才培养目标、人才素质要求及专业课程体系三个层面上进行了积极而有益的探索.
