| 摘 要： | 创新是一个国家与民族发展的动力和源泉。创新活动贯穿于研究生培养的各个环节 ,只有把握、尊重研究生的个性特点 ,大力开发、培养非智力因素 ,挖掘智力因素 ,调动与激发他们的创新积极性 ,才能加快综合性创新人才的培养。与此同时 ,指导教师的自身素质也应不断提高。

| Abstract: | Innovation is a development power and headspring in one count ry and nation. Innovation activities run through each period of cultivating postgr aduates. As long as we grasp and respect postgraduates personality,vigorously ex ploit and cultivate their non-intelligence factors,excavate intelligence factor, mobilize and excite their enthusiasm of innovation,we can accelerate training of integrated innovation of persons with ability. At the same time,tutors quality should be gradually improved by themselves. |
