| 摘 要： | 外派劳务合作对我国国际服务贸易的发展起到了积极的作用。但由于外派劳务合作制度是在改革开放初期的社会背景之下建立的,其制度设计及管理规范存在着许多缺陷。外派劳务合作不会成为未来我国对外劳务输出的主要形式,应对外派企业的职能重新加以定位。 |

| Abstract: | The cooperation of service dispatched abroad plays an important role in the development of international service trade in China.But there are lots of defects in its system design and management standard because it is based on the reform and open policy at an earlier stage and it will not become a main trade form in the future.So it needs redesigning the function of the enterprises which have the right to dispatch employees abroad. |
