| 摘 要： | 随着新世纪高等教育事业的日益发展,高等教育的教学改革已成为高等教育事业的核心和关键问题,同时也对教学管理提出了新的要求。该文从教育管理学的基本概念入手,阐述了教学管理工作的现状及其在教学过程中的重要性,并提出了一系列强化教学管理、深化教学改革、巩固教学成果的具体措施。

| Abstract: | With the development of higher education in the 21st century, the higher educational reform has played an important role and the educational administration should be improved. Based on the conception of the educational administration, the current situation of the educational administration and the importance of educational administration during the teaching processes are expounded. Moreover, a series of measures are proposed to strengthen the educational administration, to deepen the educational reforms and to consolidate the educational production. |
