The development and popularization of Internet has brought about information-globalization. This article has analyzed double effects that information-globalization has made on the values of the youth from macroscopic view. On the one hand ,it is good for youth to form global values and cultural spirit from many aspec and the strengthen of their subject consciousness; on the other hand, it is easy for them have, to western ideology , weaken their sense of national approval, and relattivize their value choice and morality valuation .
