| 摘 要： | 创新人权的人本理念是创新人权理论的关键所在,当代中国＂以人为本＂理念的提出则为人权人本内涵的创新提供了新的历史契机。以人为本视野下的人权的人本内涵主要包含以下几个方面：人是人权之本,具体的人与社会的人是人权的立足点,人的价值高于一切,从人的应有权利向法定权利发展,人人和谐共处,人人参与人权实现。 |

| Abstract: | The human-orientation embodied in the innovative human rights is a key idea of the human rights theory.The proposition of the human-oriented idea provides a new chance for the innovation of the human-oriented human rights.The essence of the human-orientation indicates that human is at the center of human rights,that natural people and social people stand in the center of the human rights,that the value of the human is supreme,and that human rights shall be developed from natural rights to legal rights,with everyone living in harmony and participating in the realization of the human rights. |
