| Abstract: | The reform of state-run businesses is the central link of economic system reform.In order to deepen the reform,a modern business system need to be established,which coincides with the socialist market economy . Employee stocks ownership plan shows a diversified investment and will help to improve the business structure . It is also an improvement of reforming property system and establishing modern business system.therefore,putting this system into effect in our country is practical. |
