| 摘 要： | 汉魏六朝辞赋的叙事性和虚构性，决定了其与同时代志怪的必然关联。这种关联主要以意象、情节和题材为典型，表现为辞赋作品描绘神祗鬼怪、虚构人神同游、幻想神仙意趣、伪托人鬼交通等。而上述表现，特别是以神女为中心意象的传统主题及其表达模式的文学嬗变，客观上证明：其一，汉魏六朝辞赋是早期辞赋在新时代的拓展；其二，汉魏六朝辞赋在吸收志怪叙事特定信息的同时，又对志怪叙事产生积极作用，以致影响着文言小说的时代走向。
