| 摘 要： | 村民自治对中国的民主政治建设产生了积极而又深远的影响,然而实践中仍存在着种种问题,当前影响村委会选举的因素有:行政干预、家族、经济利益等。本文从实证角度进行具体的分析,提出搞好村民选举制度建设、强化教育、提高村民整体素质、加快经济发展等对策。

| Abstract: | The autonomy of villagers has been positively and profoundly affecting the democratic and political construction of China.However,there are still all kinds of problems in practice.At present,the factors that affected the election of villagers committee are :the administrative intervention,the family, the economic interest and so on.The article analyses concretely from the angle of positivism and puts forward the countermeasures of doing well the systematic constructions of elections of villagers,strengthening the education,improving the entire quality of villagers, quickening the economic development and so on. |
