| 摘 要： | 日本自建立养老保险制度以来,一直重视妇女养老保险制度,并在发展与改革过程中不断完善。日本妇女养老保险从最初的传统家庭模式发展到现在以妇女加入厚生年金为前提、以双职工家庭为主的新模式。从20世纪80年代至今,日本妇女养老金制度经过多次修改,现已日趋完善。
