土地征收中农民权益保障研究

随着我国经济快速发展和农村城市化的进程,征收农村集体所有的土地越来越多。在征收过程中,农民合法权益屡屡遭到侵害,从而引发一系列社会问题。本文分析了我国征地制度的现状及存在的问题,探讨失地农民权益遭到侵害的根源,指出重新定位政府角色,保障农民权益。

The Research on the Protection about the Peasants' Interest in the Land Collection

Along with our country's economy fast development and the countryside urbanization advancement, more and more collective countryside lands have been levied. In the process of collection , the farmer's legal interests often encounter violation, a series of social problems arising. This article analyzes the present situation and the problem of our country's collection system, and discusses the root of violation of the land-losing farmers and points out that the government should be adjusted to protect the farmer rights and interests.
