| 摘 要： | 我国物流信息化尚处在起步阶段，差距还很明显，这势必会影响到对客户的服务水平。鉴于目前我国物流信息化的需求仍以基础信息化为主，所以我国物流信息化建设必须以客户需求为中心，注重实效，走循序渐进的信息化之路。
