| 摘 要： | 近年来,研究生教育不断扩招加大了各高校的负担,引起了研究生教育收费讨论。那么在我国国民收入比较低和助学贷款制度发展不完善的条件下,研究生教育采取传统的单一定价,统一的收费制度,是否有利于教育资源的公平效率分配,就此问题进行了探讨。
