维护我国国家文化安全问题研究

大力弘扬中华优秀传统文化,推进社会主义核心价值体系建设,推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣,是提升国家文化软实力和中华文化国际影响力、建设社会主义文化强国的必然要求。而西方一些国家实行文化霸权主义,给我国国家文化安全带来了严峻挑战,造成我国意识形态安全危机、文化信息安全危机、文化资源安全危机、文化市场安全危机,要解决这些问题就必须采取大力推动文化改革发展、大幅度提升国家文化软实力、积极构建国际文化新秩序、大力发展先进军事文化等战略对策。

The Study of the Problem on Safeguard China's National Cultural Security

Carrying forward the fine traditional Chinese culture vigorously,promoting the socialist core value system and promoting great development and prosperity of socialist culture are the inevitable requirements to enhance the national cultural soft power and the influence of the Chinese culture and to build a socialist culture power.While some western countries pursuing cultural hegemonism has brought serious challenges to our national cultural security,resulting in China’s ideological security crisis,culture information security crisis,cultural resources security crisis and cultural market security crisis.To solve these problems,strategic countermeasures must be taken to promote cultural reform and development,greatly enhance soft power of national culture,actively build a new international cultural order,vigorously develop advanced military culture.
