明清徽州的职业教育

明清时期的徽州社会之所以能呈现出一片全面繁荣的景象,很大程度上得益于其成功的职业教育。徽州人的职业思想教育表现为:破除重农抑商的陈腐观念,树立四民平等的意识,努力塑造子弟重义轻利、勤俭治生的职业道德和精神。徽州人还通过著书的方式将经商经验留给他人,通过合作与雇佣等关系对同族子弟给予帮教,还用家训、家规等手段在两代人之间完成生产管理经验的传承。

A Study of the Professional Education in Huizhou Area During the Ming and Qing Dynasties

The overall flourishing of the Huizhou area during the Ming and Qing dynasties had resulted to a great extent from its successful professional education. Ideologically the Huizhou people established a sense of professional equality and did away with the traditional idea of valuing agriculture while despising trade. At the same time they made efforts to mold the professional moralities of various virtues among the clansmen. Also the Huizhou people wrote books to advocate their business experiences, helped their clansmen by cooperating with and hiring them, and passed on their production and management experiences to their descendants with family instructions and rules.
