| 摘 要： | 有效提高高校思想政治理论课教学实效性的关键在于努力造就一支高素质的高校思想政治理论课教师队伍.思想政治理论课教师应在与时俱进中坚定自身的理想信念和正确的政治方向;具有崇高的敬业精神,成为学生的思想导师;不断提高业务素质,以科研促进教学;积极探索教育教学的新方法、新途径.

| Abstract: | The key to advancing the effectiveness of the ideological and political courses in college lies in building a team of teachers with high quality in ideological and political courses.They should insist their faith to the ideality and right political direction;they should have an enterprising spirit to be students' tutor of ideology;they should also improve their vocational quality,improve their teaching by scientific research;and they should explore the new style and methods in ideological and political education and teaching. |
