| 摘 要： | 日本经济经历了二战后的经济腾飞和20世纪末的衰落。政府干预政策也在发生变化,但一直困扰着学者们的是政府政策的直接或间接的干预究竟在多大程度上决定了日本经济的发展方向。在新世纪,如何定位并发挥产业政策以及经济政策的作用,仍是日本政府的重要课题。

| Abstract: | The economy of Japan experienced a postwar take-off after the World War II,and then a breakdown at the end of the 20th century.The government intervention policy has also changed.However,scholars are troubled by the question: To what extent did government policy determine the developmental path of the Japanese economy? In the new century,how to efficiently exert the influence of industrial and economic policy is still an important topic facing the Japanese government. |
