新疆农业结构的特征与发展趋势分析

农业结构战略性调整是新疆农业和农村工作的中心,是新疆农民增收、农业增效的关键,是新疆农业发展的战略重点,也是农村经济持续、稳定、协调、健康发展的有力保障。该文从历史和空间地域的角度,以种植面积的数据为基础,采用结构相似系数动态地分析出新疆粮食作物播种面积呈下降趋势;棉花产业已成为新疆的支柱产业;林果业发展前景广阔,正成为农民增收的新亮点;蔬菜产业的发展还不清晰,实力还很弱;其他作物的变化呈现出不同的发展趋势。

Analysis on Xinjiang Agro-structure Characteristics and Developing Trend

In the broad sense,agricultural structure includes the proportion and relationship of planting,animal husbandry,forestry and fishery.In the narrow sense,it refers to planting which includes corn,cotton,oil,vegetable and fruit.All of them belong to the category of planting of Chinese statistical mechanism.We adopt the narrow sense of agricultural structure.Here,it is the proportion relation and developmental characteristics of horticulture crop in Xinjiang.This paper analyses them from the angle of history and region,on the basis of cultivated acreage statistics,by adopting the structural similar modules.There are some characteristics in Xinjiang agricultural structure developing trend, for example,the land of corn is decreasing;the cotton industry has become the pillar industry;having a good prospect,the forestry and fruit industry is becoming a new point of increasing farmers'income;the development of vegetable industry is still unclear;other cereals assume different developmental characteristics.
