摘    要:在以创造为核心的知识经济新时代,培养人才的创造力日益成为教育的核心任务.个性是创造的基础,人才的创造性往往来自于其独特的个性.在一定程度上讲,培养创造性就是培养人才的个性.审美作为一种高度自由的精神活动,对发展个性、培养创造力具有独特的作用.中西科技、经济等发展的差异与中西美育中对个性关注程度有关.西方社会的发达得益于其美育传统中对个性发展的重视.而中国传统美育只重道德品性的共性强化,轻视人的个性培育,制约了中国社会的发展.吸取历史的经验教训,加强美育,积极培养人才的个性和创造力,是当前教育的一个重要任务.

Abstract:The cultivation of creative ability becomes the centric task of education when we face a knowledgeable economy times which takes the creation as its main aspects. The individual character is always the base and the origin of creation. So the cultivation of creative ability is the cultivation of individual character to some extend. As a highly free spirits activity, aesthetic judgment plays a particular role in developing one's character and creative ability. The divergence of science technology and economy between China and western countries has something to do with the attention on individual character in their aesthetic education. The wealth of western countries are due to their attention on the personnel character, While, Chinese traditional aesthetic education pays much attention to common moral character rather than to personnel character, which restricts the development of the society. It is an urgent task of education to draw lessons from history and strength aesthetic education to cultivate personnel character and creativity.
