| 摘 要： | 罗尔斯的政治正义思想是资产阶级民主宪政的反映。罗尔斯所致力于达成的目标，是建立一套适合于现代多元民主社会的最基本政治正义原则，寻求在现代多元民主社会条件下建立最起码的社会政治正义秩序。罗尔斯的政治正义思想对确立有中国特色的社会主义完政思想的价值范畴、寻找中国宪政建设的现实基础，提供了真理式的理论支撑。

| Abstract: | Rawls＇ideology of justice is a reflection of the bourgeois democratic constitutional government. Rawls was committed to establish the most basic political principles of justice of a multi - suited to modern democratic society, to find minimum social and political order of justice under the conditions of a modern pluralistic democratic society. To establish the value of the area of socialism constitutional thinking with Chinese characteristics, and look for constitutional government of China＇s reality - based, Rawls＇political ideology of justice, provided the theoretical support of truth. |
