钢铁砂面腐蚀的初步研究

摘    要:钢铁经过砂面腐蚀后进行磷化 ,大大增加了工件的比表面积 ,从而增强了其外涂膜层与基体金属的附着力 ,防腐蚀性能得到大幅提高。通过试验 ,提出砂面腐蚀的工艺配方及条件 ,并将其与未经处理的工件作了性能比较

Abstract:Bonderizing of iron and steel after eorrosion on its sand face increased greatly the specific surface area of workpieces, thus enhanced the adhesive force between film coating and basic metal ,and improved highly the antiputrefactive property.The formula and condition of errosion on the sand face of iron and steel were advanced based on experiments.The property of the workpiece treated with the formula was compared with that of the untreated workpiece.
