| 摘 要： | 我国在建国初期实行的科技政策很大程度上是国家意志的产物,高度集中的科技管理体系致使科学家独立地位在一定程度消失。从某种角度讲,我国解放后对科技的引进仍旧遵循本质上的“中体西用”。

| Abstract: | New China's policy of Scinece and technology by and large resulted from the state's will.The highly centralized science and technology management resulted in the disappearance of scientists' independence.In a sense,the import of science and technolgy in the early years of New China was based on the principle of using western science and technology while adhering to the Chinese tradition. |
