企业的新选择——知识型组织模式

摘    要:在知识经济时代,知识型组织模式是企业经营者的最佳选择.知识型组织模式具有五个核心特征:管理主体资本化、管理方式民主化、管理手段网络化、管理机构非层级化、管理结果知识化.管理主体资本化就是将企业的所有员工都视为"资本",对其进行投资和运营;管理方式民主化就是通过各种具体形式,实现"人格"上的民主、"任务"上的民主和"行动"上的民主;管理手段网络化就是将网络技术视为企业战略资产,实现管理手段变革;管理机构非层级化就是通过组织结构的扁平化、柔性化、分立化和虚拟化,实现企业管理机构变革;管理结果知识化就是通过上述四个要素的有效运转,实现知识共享并创造出新的知识财富.

Abstract:In the age of knowledge-based economy,the knowledge-based organization should be the best selection for corporation management.All knowledge-based corporations have five core features: capitalized management,democratized administration,networked managing means,flattened managerial organization and professionalized handling outcome.The capitalized management implies that all the employees are regarded as "capital" which should be invested and put into running.The democratized administration refers to that a corporation management shall respect an employee's personality in assigning task and how he/she performs his/her duty on the principles of democracy.The networked managing means refers to that the network shall be regarded as an IT ladder to attain corporation's strategic goal and realize the managerial reform.The flattened managerial organization is to realize organizational reform by flattened,flexible,discrete and virtualized actions.The professionalized handling outcome is to realize knowledge sharing and create new knowledge wealth by the four points as above to be accomplished efficiently.
