论民族戏曲的活态保护

伴随着经济全球化趋势的加快,西方文化的强势输入和新兴文化的冲击,民族戏曲的生存环境日益恶化,处于危机状态之中。为了保留民族文化的根须和火种,守护民族精神的家园,维护民族文化主权和国家文化安全,抵御西方强势文化的渗透,必须坚定地对民族戏曲实施"活态保护"的策略。实施"活态保护",必须强调民族戏曲的原创性(鲜活的舞台性和立体性),认真进行抢救、恢复和重建。强化民族戏曲的主体性,保护传承人,推星造星,实行人才来源多样化,吸收壮大戏曲志愿者队伍。突出民族戏曲的双向接受性,贴近时代,贴近生活,贴近观众,扩大民族戏曲的群众基础。坚持发展的观点,刷新文化精神,既重"硬件",又重"软件",保护与利用兼顾。

An Activated Protection of National Opera

With a rapid development of economic globalization,a strong impact of western culture,and a conflict with the newly emerging culture,the existing environment of Chinese national opera is deteriorating.In order to preserve the seed of national culture,to safeguard the home and sovereignty of our national spirit,and to resist western cultural infiltration,it is necessary to practice the strategy of an "activated protection" of Chinese national opera.The practice of the "activated protection" means to stress and intensify the originality,mainstay,and bilateral acceptance of Chinese national opera.It is of importance to enlarge and strengthen the mass foundation of Chinese national opera,and it is also necessary to maintain the concept of development,to update our cultural spirit,to emphasize both the "hardware" and the "software" of Chinese opera,and to balance the protection and utilization of the national opera.
