| 摘 要： | 随着国家高校扩招政策的贯彻 ,讨论学生公寓话题也引起大众的关注。本文站在房地产开发商的立场上 ,分析了开发学生公寓的市场前景、利用滞销商品房改造成学生公寓及与高校合作开发的投资模式提出了建议。并鼓励开发商注重公寓的文化 ,创办自己公寓小区的品牌。

| Abstract: | The subject on apartments for college students has attracted people's attention since the policy of enrolling more students was promulgated by our government. From the viewpoint of developers, this paper discusses the market prospect of developing apartments for college students, puts forward some advice on how to change commercial residential buildings that have not been sold out into apartments for college students, and suggests the investment model of co-operation between developers and universities and encourages developers put emphasis on the culture of apartments and develop their own famous brand in the apartments construction. |
