| 摘 要： | 伴随中国高等教育由“精英”阶段向“大众化”阶段的迅速转变,高等学校不断扩大办学规模。但必须清醒地看到,学校现有教育资源、目标定位、管理制度、生源素质等诸方面存在的问题,对教育质量提出了挑战。论述了如何正确处理扩大办学规模与提高教育质量的关系,对稳步提高教育质量提出了看法。

| Abstract: | With the higher education in our country transform from "eliteeducation" to "popular education" quickly, universities increasingly enlarge their educational scales. However, we must see clearly the problems of present educational resources, scale in each stage, management and students qualities that challenging educational qualities. This paper explores how to deal with the relation between enlarging instructional scales and promoting instructional qualities rightly and, furthermore,it aslo gives some ways to increase instructional qualities progressively. |
