| 摘 要： | 在把握人力资本适配性所具有的动态、多维、异质和可变的特征基础上,结合中国经济增长实际情况,从产出适配、结构转换适配和制度变迁适配三个方面构建了人力资本适配度指标体系,并利用中国30个省市自治区的数据计算出人力资本适配度指数,结果表明,中国人力资本适配程度较低,地区间差异巨大,各适配性表现存在交互影响。

| Abstract: | The appropriateness and effectiveness of human capital in economic growth should be regarded as an important indicator of high-level human capital.This paper tried to construct an index of human capital fitness as a suitable measurement of human capital level.On the basis of the dynamic,multidimensional,heterogeneous and variability features of human capital,combined with China＇s economic growth situation,we constructed human capital fitness index system including production,structure transformation and institution transformation fitness index.Using the data of 30 provinces and autonomous regions in China,the human capital fitness index was calculated.The result showed that China＇s human capital fitness was low accompanied with huge regional disparity.Interactive influences were found between the various human capital fitness performances. |
