| 摘 要： | 本文在分析了中外心理学家关于心理健康的涵义及评价标准的各种研究与论述后发现 ,要求得一个为大家公认的心理健康的定义和评价标准是困难的 ,但许多一致的地方又是显而易见的。在此基础上 ,作者提出心理健康结构的 7个维度 :智力正常、情绪稳定、悦纳自我、和睦他人、适应环境、目标明确、工作高效 |

| Abstract: | After analyzing different kinds of psychological research on the meaning and evaluating criterion about mental health, the author finds it difficult to seek a consentaneous acknowledged definition and evaluating criterion of mental health, even with many identical views. On this basis, the author proposes 7 structural dimensions of mental health: normal intelligence, steady emotions, enjoyment from oneself, harmonious relations, and adaptation to the circumstances, definite goals and efficient work. |
