西部产业集群与县域经济发展相关性实证分析——有关陕西户县纸箱产业集群的个案分析

在全面调查陕西户县渭丰乡纸箱产业集群发展阶段与规模这一个案例的基础上,通过采用因素间简单相关分析与设立线形回归方程的方法来研究西部产业集群的发展与所在县域经济发展的关联性问题。研究结果表明:西部产业集群发展与县域经济发展水平呈现出显著的相关性。通过进一步分析得知,这种相关性主要来源于集群的三种效应,即农村工业经济提升效应、农村剩余劳动力的快速转移效应、农民增收和收入结构多元化效应,正是这三种效应的有效发挥,才使得西部产业集群所在县域经济发展水平得到了显著性的提高。

Analysis on the Relevance between Western Industrial Cluster and County Economy

On the basis of the comprehensive survey of Wei Feng paper box industry cluster development stage and scale in Hu county Shanxi province,through the use of simple correlation analysis and the establishment of a linear regression equation,this paper does the researches on if there is certain relevance between development of the western industrial clusters and the host county territory economic development.The conclusion is drawn: a strong correlation between the western industrial cluster's development and the county territory economy development has existed.Further analysis shows that this kind of correlation can be attributed to cluster's three effects: rural industry economy promotion effect,the fast shift of the surplus rural workers effect,the peasants income raising and structure multiplication effect.Just through such three effects,the Industrial cluster greatly promotes the county territory economy.
