| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义和谐社会是一个时代性的崭新课题,只有坚持以科学发展观统领经济社会发展全局,才能更好地推动和谐社会建设的全面发展。在严复的发展观里,我们能找到与科学发展观的一些相通之处。因此,在以科学发展观为统领,建设社会主义和谐社会的今天,再次领会严复发展观所蕴含的科学精神,对社会主义和谐社会建设具有一定的促进作用。

| Abstract: | Constructing socialism harmonious society is a contemporary new topic.Only persisting in commanding the economic society's overall development by scientific development view,can we impel the full-scale development of the harmonious society construction.In YAN Fu's development view,we can find it has some similarities with scientific development view.Therefore,it will be helpful to socialism harmonious society construction if we comprehend the scientific spirit that YAN Fu's development view contains with the command of scientific development view. |
