流动人口是和谐社会建设中需要关注的群体，也是城市社会管理的“重点与难点”。为此在总结与反思当前城市流动人口服务管理模式的基础上，重点分析了影响和阻碍我国城市流动人口服务管理的体制性因素，并提出了我国城市流动人口服务管理体制的改革和创新途径。

Problems Existing in the Service Management of Current Urban Floating Population and the Corresponding Countermeasures

Floating population is one group that need more concern in the construction of harmonious society,and is also the "key point and difficult point" in the management of city society.Therefore,based on the summary and reflection of service management pattern of current urban floating population,the analysis focuses on the systematic factors that affect and prevent the service management of our national urban floating population,followed by some suggestions about reform and innovation approaches to our national service management system of urban floating population.
