软件产业人才需求与软件专业大学生就业

摘    要:针对中国软件高级人才的短缺问题,论述了软件产业人才与软件专业大学生就业的关系。将霍兰德职业人格能力测验用于软件专业大学生的就业指导,意在探索一条软件产业人尽其才的新出路。提出四点主张:进行职业人格与职务类型的科学匹配;在职业准备期针对职业人格特点进行能力培养;选择跨行就业;软件产业中企业应积极投身人才培养。

Abstract:There is the problem that the lack of software talents has already been a barrier to the fast development of the software industry in our country.One is the lack of talents,the other is confuse of soft-ware graduates' job hunting.How to unite the two scientifically is the concern of many educational workers.This paper uses the Hollander profession-personality test for the job-hunting instructions of software graduates,the aim is exploring a new way out giving full scope to the talents in software industry.This paper puts forward four claims:the 1st is the scientific match of professional personality and post patterns.The 2nd is the ability cultivation regarding professional character in preparing period.The 3rd is the cross-line employment.The 4th is the enterprises devoting to the talents cultivation in software industry.
