建筑设计团队的绩效考核研究

摘    要:针对目前建筑设计团队绩效考核的现状,现从建筑设计团队的特点入手进行分析。重点研究建筑设计团队的绩效考核模式,并建议将建筑设计团队绩效考核分为外部考核与内部考核相结合的模式。

Abstract:This article analyzes the current situation of evaluating the performance of the architectural de- sign team from its characteristics.The evaluation pattern is the main focus of this study.It is proposed that the evaluation should engage the internal and external parts of the team performance.
