| 摘 要： | 农民工在工业化、城市化与现代化的建设中,做出了巨大的贡献,但由于城乡二元社会结构的限制,使农民工在身份、经济、劳动保障与福利等方面陷入不同程度的困境。只有改革户籍制度,改革现行的人事劳动制度,构建农民工的社会保障体系,才能从根本上保证农民工的权利与社会待遇。

| Abstract: | Peasant workers in the city play a very important role in industrialization, urbanization and modernization of our country, but due to the limitation of binary opposition between city and countryside, peasant workers in the city encounter many difficulties in identidy, economy, labor security and welfare. To solve these problems, our current system of household registration and labor personnel must reformed to guarantee the rights and social welfare of the peasant laborer. |
