| 摘 要： | 当前,关于大学生基层就业的研究颇多.其中,有相当比例认为基层主要在农村,农村的发展也需要大量人才,并据此鼓励大学生去上述地区就业.笔者认为,大学生初次就业都是基层就业,对大学生就业真正具有宏观意义的基层主要分布在民营经济部门中的中小企业,因此扶持中小企业的发展和为大学生去中小企业就业创造条件将成为未来中国大学生基层就业的关键.
