社会主义初级阶段的民主是无产阶级政党--共产党领导下的间接民主,所以无产阶级执政党的党风会影响社会主义民主的进程.我国的执政党党风中仍然存在着一些不尽人意的问题,影响着社会主义民主的进程.党风建设可以从反对形式主义、官僚主义,健全法制,加强社会主义无产阶级执政党的间接民主和广大人民群众直接民主的完美结合等方面入手,从而促进社会主义民主进程,实现社会主义的真正、普遍的民主.

Construction Process of Party Work-Style and Socialist Democracy

Democracy in the initial stage of socialism is a kind of indirect democracy led by the Communist Party with the characteristic of proletarian. So the process of Socialist Democracy is affected by the work-style of the ruling party. Currently, some unsatisfied issues still exist in the work-style of the Party that have negative effects on the construction the process of the socialist democracy. The construction of the Party work-style can start with combating formalism and bureaucracy as well as excellently integrating indirect democracy of the ruling party of socialist proletarian with direct democracy of the masses. In this way, the socialist democracy process will be accelerated and pushed forward to new and good prospects.
